What are AI credits?
Every AI action (a handled call, a website chat, a booked showing, a maintenance request) consumes credits. Each plan includes a monthly allotment, and you can add overage credits anytime. Most brokerages never hit their cap.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers 24/7 inbound calls, website chat, lead capture, and showing booking. Pro adds proactive outbound follow-ups, the drag-and-drop schedule board, the internal operator assistant, and the full property-management suite (maintenance intake with a Kanban board, tenant identification, owner and vendor alerts).
Do I need property management?
Only if you manage rentals. Property management is a Pro+ feature you can toggle on. Sales-only brokerages can ignore it entirely and still get the full buyer/seller lead engine.
Is there a per-agent fee?
No. Add as many agents and admins as your plan allows with zero per-seat charges. Agent Zero is priced per workspace, not per user.
Can I cancel anytime?
