How we handle text messaging for Agent Zero
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
1. Program Overview
This page describes the SMS (text messaging) program operated by HelioNova, Inc., doing business as Agent Zero ("Agent Zero," "we," "our," or "us") for its real estate AI agent platform at agentzero.bot. The program is registered as an A2P 10DLC campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR) through Twilio.
Program name: Agent Zero Real Estate Notifications.
Who sends:Agent Zero sends SMS on behalf of the brokerages and property managers ("subscriber businesses") that use our platform. Messages are sent from a dedicated Agent Zero Messaging Service or a long code provisioned to the subscriber business.
2. Message Types
Messages are limited to transactional and service-related communicationstied to an end user's existing relationship or explicit request with a subscriber business. Examples:
- Showing confirmations and reminders
- Listing inquiry follow-ups
- Maintenance request confirmations and status updates
- Vendor scheduled / en-route notices for tenants
- Appointment and open-house notifications
- Optional AI-assisted follow-up messages related to an existing inquiry, showing, or maintenance request
- Account- and service-related notices
We do notuse this program for affiliate marketing, promotional messages from unaffiliated third parties, or any content outside the scope of the end user's relationship with the subscriber business.
3. How End Users Consent to Receive Messages
Before any text message is sent, the end user has opted in through one of the following paths. We do not use shortcode keyword subscription for this program.
3.1 Primary Path: Subscriber Business Intake
End users (buyers, sellers, or tenants) provide their mobile number directly to a subscriber business (for example, a brokerage or property-management company). The subscriber business is responsible for obtaining consent under applicable law before a number is used for SMS on Agent Zero. Typical consent methods include:
- Listing agreements, buyer/tenant agreements, or leases that disclose SMS notifications
- Web or paper intake forms with a clear SMS consent checkbox and disclosure (program name, message types, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP)
- Electronic signature workflows that include SMS consent language
- Recorded verbal consent during inbound or outbound calls
- In-person confirmation at a showing or property visit
Agent Zero does not initiate SMS to an end user until the subscriber business has stored the number and enabled SMS notifications for that contact.
3.2 Secondary Path: AI Agent Call or Chat
When an end user voluntarily provides a phone number during a call or chat handled by a subscriber business's Agent Zero AI agent (to ask about a listing, book a showing, or report a maintenance issue), that action constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS related to that specific request (for example, a showing confirmation, reminder, or maintenance status update). The AI agent discloses that providing a phone number may be used for service-related text messages before the number is collected.
3.3 Secondary Path: Customer Preference Selection
Where a subscriber business offers a self-service portal or confirmation flow, the end user may select SMS as their preferred contact method. This is a supplemental signal on top of the primary consent in Section 3.1; it does not replace that primary consent.
4. Message Frequency
Frequency varies by user activity and is driven by events (showing scheduling, inquiry follow-up, maintenance dispatch, completion). A typical end user receives approximately 1-5 messages per engagement. Recurring contacts may receive additional messages tied to future showings or maintenance requests.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.Standard carrier charges for SMS/MMS apply based on the recipient's wireless plan. Agent Zero does not charge end users to receive program messages.
6. Opt-Out (STOP)
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP (case-insensitive) to any message received from the program. Upon receipt of a STOP request, the wireless carrier and Agent Zero will immediately unsubscribe the recipient from the sending number, and the recipient will receive a final confirmation message of the form:
“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
Additional stop keywords supported include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. Recipients may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.
7. Help (HELP)
Recipients may reply HELP to any message to receive customer care contact information. Alternatively, contact us directly:
- Email: support@agentzero.bot
- Contact page: agentzero.bot/az/contact
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the transactional and service-related messages described in Section 2, and are shared with our telecommunications service providers (e.g., Twilio and wireless carriers) only as necessary to deliver the messages.
For a full description of how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information, see our Privacy Policy. For subscriber business responsibilities, see our Terms of Service.
9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the recipient's wireless carrier and handset capabilities. Program availability may be limited in certain regions based on carrier coverage.
10. Eligibility
The program is intended for recipients in the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence). By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
11. Subscriber Business Responsibilities
Businesses using Agent Zero to send SMS to their contacts ("subscriber businesses") agree, as a condition of using our SMS features, to:
- Obtain prior express consent from each recipient in compliance with the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, applicable state laws, and all other applicable law
- Disclose program details (message types, frequency, rates, opt-out mechanism) at the point of consent collection
- Use SMS only for transactional and service-related messages within the scope described in Section 2
